SCOPE

Cosmobond SPA 410 HP is a specialty water based synthetic polymer adhesive designed for various packaging applications, particularly side pasting of paper and board folding box carton by using high speed nozzle application. It provides immediate and excellent bonds on film laminated, metalized film, aqua varnish and UV Printed surfaces

Application Segments

Provide immediate and Excellent bond with laminated, un-laminated and Printed surfaces.
Nozzle application for folding boxes and seaming cartons, also suitable for stencil and CAM Applicators.
Pasting application: Corrugated boxes by High speed FFG Machine
Packaging applications: Paper bag, Window pasting, Tray, cone making etc.
Lamination Application: PVC, Cloth, Paperboard Rexene to Paperboard or cloth.
Suitable for Luggage handbags, Envelop and bookbinding

Application Condition:

Surface treatment: Laminated surface should have good surface treatment level (Above 38 dyne/cm), for BOPP/PET/METPET plasma treatment recommended.
The surfaces to be bonded should apply initial pressure for excellent bonding.
Carton sealing board to be used should not possess very high COBB.
Machine/Nozzle applicators: Apply Grease for avoiding drying and blockage

STORAGE STABILITY
Keep it in tightly covered container. Store in a cool place, preferably below 25 °C

SHELF LIFE:
When stored under recommended conditions, shelf life is 6 months from date of manufacturing
