NovaLife Matte PET 125 DS (LMO 6505) is a synthetic paper made of both side coated PET (PolyEthylene Terephthalate) film for Electrophotography, Offset, Flexo and Screen Printing. Ideally suited for high quality Professional Albums, Wedding Albums, Coffee-table Books, Menu Books, Bookmarks, Mark sheets, Shop-floor Manuals, Premium Event Tickets, Visiting Cards, Indoor Signage and many more applications.

Usage Instructions

  • Werecommend thorough testing of the substrate for intended application prior to use
  • Pleaserefer the user guide of the printing machine for correct printer settings
  • Forbest output & media settings, please consult the service engineer of the press
  • Pleaseensure the sheets are acclimatized to the printing environment for 24 hours before use
  • Bestprint results can be obtained at 20-25°C, 55% ± 10% relative humidity (RH)
  • Tofacilitate jam-free feeding, please fan or jog the sheets before printing
  • Inaddition to extend print life, lamination or varnishing after printing is  The lamination film or varnish must be checked for compatibility with the media
  • Thedurability of the printed images will depend on the fading characteristics of the ink or toner  Please consult with press manufacturer for technical advice

Storage, Handling & Packaging

Storage & HandlingHold media by the edges to avoid kink marks. Fingerprints will affect the quality of the image. A fresh pair of cotton gloves should be used while handling unprinted media to avoid sweat, grease and oil transfer on to the media that could affect the print quality. When not in use, store the media in cool, dry place [20-25°C, 55% ±10% RH] away from direct sunlight in its original packing. Keep media in flat position to avoid curling.
AgeingAlmost no deterioration or discoloration under normal environmental conditions when kept away from strong UV light and protected against extreme conditions.
Shelf-lifeFor optimum results, use the media within two years from the date of manufacture.
